Coaching Pathway

Structured coaching is crucial to the success of ClubGolf. There are a various coaching roles that support the ClubGolf Player Pathway, with opportunities for teachers, volunteers and golf professionals to get involved.

Throughout the 330 golf clubs and facilities across Scotland delivering the ClubGolf programme there are currently over 1500 qualified volunteer golf coaches and an increasing number of PGA Professionals coaching, with 182 currently delivering sessions.

Volunteers who wish to get involved with ClubGolf junior golf coaching at their golf club or facility can become trained and licensed through the Professional Golfers Association (PGA).
